About role
We’re looking for a Product Designer at Protect AI who can take the lead on design projects for our AI security platform and other product lines. Working alongside design, product, and engineering partners, you’ll help shape every stage of the user experience. The ideal candidate brings technical fluency, an understanding of diverse use cases, and the ability to balance innovation with delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software
- Hands-on experience in designing SaaS products, with an emphasis on functionality, usability
- Skilled in creating personas, user journeys, storyboards, and user flows to inform and guide design
