We’re creating an entirely new dimension of cybersecurity at Protect AI—one centered on the security and risk management of AI/ML systems. Through our ML Security Platform, customers can discover vulnerabilities, monitor risks, and implement MLSecOps practices. Our solutions include AI supply chain security, fully auditable Bills of Materials, model scanning, signing, attestation, and extensive LLM protection tools.
About role
Protect AI is searching for an experienced Product Designer to help drive user experience across our AI security platform and expanding product portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to develop solutions from early concepts to final execution. Technical understanding and the ability to balance design vision with practical timelines are key to success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software
- Hands-on experience in designing SaaS products, with an emphasis on functionality, usability
- Skilled in creating personas, user journeys, storyboards, and user flows to inform and guide design
